Sozai Center reflects the diverse cultural climates of the world. We carefully capture the unique elements rooted in each local area and transform them into materials and substances that can be used for our daily life. Sozai Center is a research and design institute that aims to create an unparalleled material culture for the next 100 years.

Adam（アダム）は青森県産りんご搾りかす100%を使用した新しいシート材です。
青森県は日本を代表するりんごの生産地であると同時に、りんごに関連する食品廃棄が大きな問題となっています。私たちは、津軽平野を拠点に廃棄りんごを集め、独自の加工技術とデザインの力で今までにないプロダクトを青森の地から生み出しています。Adamは株式会社KOMORUとM&Tによるコラボレーションによって生まれました。

Adam is a new sheet material made from 100% Aomori apple pomace.
Aomori Prefecture is one of Japan's leading apple-producing regions, but at the same time, apple-related food waste is a major problem. Based in the Tsugaru, Aomori, Japan, We collect wasted apples from the local farmers and create unprecedented products with our unique processing technology and the power of design.Adam is created by a collaboration between KOMORU Corporation and M&T.
